Consilium IT specializes in creating quality web sites at affordable rates for companies and groups of all sizes, in addition to providing tools and services to lower costs for home office and small businesses. Our mission is simple: Provide quality, functional and budget friendly solutions coupled with easy to understand guidance and support to help you get the most out of your information and telecommunications systems.

As people, and a small company, we understand the challenges faced in the household and by other small companies. We won't recommend anything you don't need, can't use or will never understand. We are independent of any software, hardware or service provider - which means that we are free to provide you with the right solution which will benefit you the most. 

Winopso is a project which provides a continuously updated directory of only the best in class, powerful, and useful open source and free software titles available for our clients and visitors. If a title appears here, it means that we have installed and personally tested it before we ever present it. We ensure that the title is functional, safe, and lives up to our "Daily Use" standards for functionality, compatibility and hardware load.*

We do not host software for download here, but rather we direct you to the developer site for downloads. This allows you to review the software and other specific information in more detail for yourself to further decide if it is really the proper tool for your needs.

We welcome recommendations and submissions. If you know of a good title we don't have listed, or are ready to release one, let us know and we'll test it out ASAP. If it meets with our terms and conditions and is determined to be stable and up to "daily use" standards and functionality, it will be posted for public review and download. 

Winopso was previously located at the winopso.com and winopso.xwnn.com domains, and has been folded into the Consilium main site to provide quality, tested software and tools for our visitors and clients alike.

*Tests performed on a Dell 2350 built in 2003, running Windows XP Pro SP2 on an Intel Celeron 2.19 GHz processor and 512mb RAM. We utilize the elderly Dell because A, it just keeps running, and B, if it runs well on the Dell, then odds are good that it will run just fine on todays newer, faster systems.
